PLC Automatic LP series bottle unscrambler for unscrambling PET bottles
Description:
The machine is suitable for unscrambling PET bottles, make them in order, then discharge them by vacuum conveyor. Featureds by: PLC control:LCD for showing production capacity. High speed, It’s easy to combine with all kinds of filling machineries and filling lines.
Features:
1) Torque limit part is designed for the main motor reducer so as to protect the machinery if malfunctions occur.
2) Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should be with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency.
3) The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor so as to avoid overturn in delivery.
4) Dilapidated bottles will be eliminated by a special device.
5) A lock detector is equipped for alarming; when locked, the machine will automatically stop.
6) A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there is no bottle and stopping when there are bottles.
7) An oil pump will readily fill up the gears, bearings and the cams
8) Maintenance doors and mould replacement door provided.
9) Mitsubishi, Omron and Simons provide the main electrical components; Such as transducers, PLC, photoelectric switch and relays.
10) Machine outer tank,revolving tank and meet the bottle part are all stainless steel AISI304. Frame part adopts high-grade carbon jointing.
General Introduction
LP series Bottle Unscrambler is developed and researched on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology and aiming at the trend of high speed and high capacity. The machine is featured with reasonable structure, less power and air consumption, stable running, etc., which meets relevant national food sanitation requirements and shows the leading status domestically.
Main features
1) Main motor reducer adopts torque limit structure, avoiding damaging the machine when error happens;
2) Adopt twice put-up unscrambling structure, ensuring bottle in every bottle-falling position and improving bottle outfeed efficiency;
3) Adopt neck-holding air conveyor, avoiding bottle falling;
4) Bad bottle eliminating device is equipped;
5) Bottle jam inspector will alarm when bottle blocking;
6) No bottle inspector can send work signal to elevator and elevator will supply bottle automatically;
7) Photoelectric switch is equipped on bottle conveyor, controlling unscrambler on and off;
8) Oil injection mouth is equipped, easy for adding lubrication oil gear, bearing and cam;
9) Maintenance door and mold changing door;
10) Main electrical components (transducer, PLC, photoelectric switch, electric relay) all adopt famous brands like MITSUBISHI,OMRON,SIEMENS and so on;
